Pre-Registration Terms & Conditions
By completing pre-registration and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
All pre-registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Costume Priority
Pre-registration guarantees the masquerader access to their preferred costume and size, provided registration is completed within the designated pre-registration priority period.
3. Costume Deposit
Your pre-registration fee will be automatically converted to your costume deposit when you complete your registration. No additional costume deposit will be required at the time of registration.
4. Payment Deadlines
All outstanding pre-registration balances must be paid by the payment deadlines established by Sechuns – The Band (December 31st 2026). Failure to meet these deadlines may result in cancellation of your registration and forfeiture of payments made.
5. Priority Registration Period
Pre-registered masqueraders must complete their registration within the exclusive registration period/deadline provided by Sechuns – The Band. Failure to complete registration within this period will result in the loss of priority access.
6. Right to Refuse or Cancel Pre-Registration
Sechuns – The Band reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Pre-Registration where reasonably necessary for safety, security, capacity, compliance with Band rules, or serious misconduct. Any refund, where applicable, will be determined in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By pre-registering, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
